Firmly established as the leading classical music industry conference in the UK, the Association of British Orchestras’ Annual Conference heads to Birmingham for 2005, sponsored for the third time by Classic FM . Hosted for the first time by several orchestras – City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Birmingham Contemporary Music Group and the Royal Ballet Sinfonia – delegates have the unique opportunity of experiencing all three performing groups in two concerts within the superb acoustic of Symphony Hall, Birmingham.
Aimed at the wide range of professionals working with orchestras from board members, players, chief executives and conductors to those in all departments making up the administration, the ABO Conference attracts delegates from every branch of the international classical music industry for a refreshing look at the sector.
