AND INTRODUCING:The Reggae Rockz Young All-Stars

Reggae Rockz was one of the highlights of last year’s Artsfest. This year it returns, bigger and better, opening ArtsFest 2005 with a whole evening of classic reggae, ska and 2-tone. Don’t miss the return to Birmingham of the legendary STEEL PULSE, who rose from Handsworth to become a major force in world reggae, featuring songs from their newly released and grammy-award nominated album African Holocaust. Continuing the local connection, The Beat and The Specials appear alongside Dawn Penn, a classic female voice of reggae, with TuffLuv singing the great tracks of Lovers Rock.

Presented by Symphony Hall in association with The Drum

Sponsored by Western Union

Please note that from 6.30pm onwards, Broad Street will be closed from Sheepcote Street to Paradise Circus.
